辛伐他汀联合血塞通软胶囊对酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of xinfatating jointed with xue sai tong soft-capsule in improving the liver function and lower hyperlipemia

目的:观察辛伐他汀联合血塞通软胶囊治疗酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:将2009年6月至2011年8月门诊酒精性脂肪肝患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组给予辛伐他汀片,每晚一次,每次10mg。治疗组同时加服血塞通软胶囊,每日二次,每次二粒,两组均连续治疗8周,观察两组患者血脂、肝功能指标。结果:两组患者治疗后血脂均较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组反弹率(43.3%)明显低于对照组(93.3%)。治疗组ALT、AST较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01);对照组无改善,9例升高;组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:辛伐他汀联合血塞通软胶囊治疗酒精性脂肪肝具有保肝降脂的疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of xinfatating jointed with xue sai tong soft-capsule on sixty cases alcohol fatty liver.Methods sixty cases were randomized into the treatment and control group,with 30 in each. the treatment group was given with xifatating and xue sai tong soft-capsule.twice daily.two grains once time.The control group was given xinfatating 10mg once daily .both group were treated for 8 weeks.To observe the hyperlipemia、liver function. Results hyperlipemia were marked change（P〈0.05）,between the groups weren,t marked change（P〉0.05）.the treatment group rebound rate was 43.3%and control group 93.3%, ALT、AST of the treatment group were marked change（P〈0.01）,control group weren,t marked change, between the two group were marked change（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：xinfatating jointed xue sai tong soft-capsule possess of preserving the liver and lowering hyperlipemia.
