中医药治疗遗尿症56例分析

Analysis of 56 Cases of Enuresis Treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:探讨中医药治疗遗尿症的临床疗效。方法:56例遗尿症患者,内服中药,针灸、推拿、刮痧,连续治疗三个疗程。结果:56例经三个疗程治疗后,痊愈37例,占66.1%,疗效明显12例,占21.4%,有效3例,占5.3%,无效4例,占7.1%,总有效率92.9%。结论:口服中药,针灸、推拿、刮痧,疗效佳,值得推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of enuresis treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods： Fifty-six patients were treated with oral administration of Chinese medicine, acupuncture, Tuina and scraping, continuous treatment for three courses. Results：After three-week treatment, 37 cases were curative which accounted for 66.1%, 12 cases obviously effective for 21.4%, 3 cases effective for 5.3%, 4 cases failed for 7.1%, and the total effective rate was 92.9%. Conclusion：It achieves clinical efficacy to have oral administration of Chinese medicine, acupuncture, Tuina and scraping, which is worthy of promotion.
