中药黄芩的药理和应用

黄芩做为常用的中药,具有清热燥湿、凉血安胎、解毒功效,临床应用抗菌比黄连好,而且不产生抗药性,具有重要的临床应用价值。近年来随着对黄芩活性成分的深入研究,发现黄芩中得以应用的是含量较高的黄酮类化合物,还有部分含量相对较低的黄酮类化合物药理特性未能得到充分的研究,其潜在的独特的药理作用也没有被发现利用,同时借助其广谱抗菌作用强的特点,得到重视,大有开发利用前途。
