摘要
目的降低基数药品管理缺陷率。方法品管圈活动。结果基数药品管理缺陷率由活动前的30.04%降低到活动后的13.49%,达到了活动目标。结论运用QC理论和方法,以数据为依据进行分析、改进,可提高药品管理水平,降低基数药品管理缺陷率,确保用药安全。
Objective To reduce the management defect rate of base drug. Method Quality control cycles activity. Result The management defect rate of base drug decreased from 30.04% to 13.49% after the activity, reaching the target. Conclusion The use of quality control theory and methods and based on data, through continuous analysis and improvement, drug safety can be ensured by improving the quality of drug management, reducing the management defect rate of base drug.
