某院检验危急值实时检测系统应用效果分析

Application Effect of the Critical Values Real-Time Detection System in A Hospital

目的了解某院检验危急值实时检测系统的应用效果。方法查阅科室危急值回报登记本、检测系统的统计资料,对照检查病历,对临床医生知晓情况进行调查。结果制度知晓率、危急值回报率、应答情况、患者转归情况和抢救成功率均有明显好转。结论系统的应用提高了医疗管理水平,但在危急值类别和专业范围上还有改进空间。

Objective To investigate the application effect of the critical values real - time detection system in a hospital. Method The critical value report register of the department was reviewed, statistical information of system was detected, inspection records was compared, and the awareness of clinicians was investigated. Result The awareness rate of the system, report rate of critical value, response status, the prognosis of patients and the success rate of rescue were obviously improved. Conclusion The implementation of the system improved the medical management level, however, improvement can be further made on the critical value categories and the professional scope.
