医护人员负面情绪来源具有多向性,是威胁团队合作的离心力,是提高技术水平的潜在隐患。消减医护人员负面情绪应有一个良好的支持系统。社会各界应为净化医院从业环境共同努力,医院应积极营建良好的执业环境,医护人员应加强心理健康意识。
The negative emotions among medical staff come from multi - directional sources, which is a "killer" for practi-tioners, is a threat to the centrifugal force of teamwork, and is potential risk for improving the level of technology. Reduction of negative emotions should have a good support system, social should provide joint efforts to purify the environment of hospital, the hospital should actively build good practice environment, and medical staff should strive to develop their own mental health awareness.
