日本医院护理安全管理现状及启示

Nursing Safety Management in Japan Hospitals

从医疗安全组织结构和职责、医疗安全委员会的设置和职责、医疗护理事故报告程序、临界差错报告、制定安全操作程序、护理安全教育等6方面,概述了日本医院护理安全管理举措。指出护理安全管理重在护理隐患管理。我国医院护理管理者应积极营造患者安全文化,重视培养护士的风险评估及防范意识,鼓励员工积极上报不良事件。

The paper introduced measures of nursing safety management in Japan hospitals from six aspects including the organizational structure and responsibilities of medical safety, health and safety committee and responsibilities, health care and nursing accidents reporting procedures, critical error reporting, development of security procedures, nursing safety education. The paper pointed out that nursing care safety management focuses on hidden trouble management. The hospital nursing managers in China should actively create a culture of patient safety ; focus on training nurses on risk evaluation and prevention awareness ; and should actively encourage employees to report adverse events.
