摘要
目的了解河南省地市级卫生监督人员的培训现状和需求情况,为制定合理培训方案提供参考。方法分层整群抽样抽取河南省9个地市级的卫生监督人员,采用问卷调查的方法调查该人群接受培训情况及培训需求情况。结果共发放问卷500份,实际回收问卷487份,有效问卷476份。其中,61.1%的卫生监督人员曾接受过卫生监督相关的培训;不同学历、专业的卫生监督人员培训率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);91.6%的卫生监督人员对培训有较高需求;58.2%的人员期望能按岗位进行分类培训;培训方式需求排在前3位的分别是短期集中培训、地区之间经验交流和网络远程教育;教学方法需求排在前3位的分别是案例分析法、实地参观考察法和角色扮演法。结论卫生监督人员有较高的培训需求,应建立分层培训制度并采用多种培训方式和教学方法,有针对性地制定培训方案。
Objective To investigate the current status and demands for training of health supervisors of prefecture - level cities in Henan province, so as to provide references for training plan development. Method The stratified randomization cluster sampling was applied to select subjects from prefecture - level health supervision organizations, and the professionals from 9 prefecture - level cities in Henan province were investigated by questionnaires. Result A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed and 487 copies returned with 476 valid questionnaires. Among them, 61.1% had been trained in relevant fields in the last year, while the proportions of training were statistically different among different educational backgrounds as well as different majors (P 〈 0.05 ) ; 91.6% of the subjects had higher demand to be trained; 58.2% of them expected to be trained by job positions. The top three modes of the training were short - term concentrated training, study tour among different regions, and distant - education through internet ; and the top three methods of the teaching were case - discussion method, field visit and observation method and role -playing method. Conclusion Health supervisors had high training demand. We should construct hierarchical training programs, combine multiple training forms and teaching methods according to practical demands.
