培育产业集群,促进民族地区经济发展——贵州省毕节试验区载货汽车产业基地调研

A Research of Cultivating Industrial Cluster Policy to Promote the Development of Economy in Nationality Region——Report of Research for Industrial Basis of Truck in Bijie Experimental Region of Guizhou Province

近年来毕节试验区大力招商引资,在政策优势的感召下,围绕毕节市力帆骏马汽车整车制造厂为核心,已有32户汽车零部件企业在毕节落户,96户零部件制造企业与毕节市经济开发区签定了投资意向协议,形成了载货汽车制造产业集群的雏形。作者调研了毕节载货汽车产业基地,一方面具体分析了经济政策对促进产业集群形成的推动作用,并强调产业集群对贫困落后地区经济快速发展的巨大影响;另一方面找出产业集群在滞后发展民族地区存在的困难,提出了毕节经济开发区培育汽车产业集群的建议。

Bijie experimental region attracts investment and promotes capital introduction vigorously in recent years.In view of the policy advantage,around Bijie Lifan Junma vehicle manufacturers as the core,there are 32 auto parts enterprises settled in Bijie.96 components manufacturing enterprises of open area for economy of Bijie had signed the agreement for investment intention.The prototype of the truck manufacturing industry cluster had formed initially.The author researched the basis of Bijie truck industry.On the one hand,analyzes the effect of economic policy for promoting the formation of industrial clusters,and emphasizes the enormous influence on the rapid economic development in poor area from industrial clusters.On the other hand,the difficulties of industry cluster development in poor ethnic areas had found.The advices in order to foster auto industrial cluster in economic development zone had put forward.
