"对口支援西部地区高等学校计划"是贯彻落实国家西部大开发战略,推动高等教育区域协调发展的重要举措,对加快新建本科院校转型发展有重要的现实意义。以西南大学对口支援毕节学院的实践为研究个案,系统梳理西南大学对口支援毕节学院的具体情况,总结对口支援工作取得的成效及经验,查找对口支援工作中存在的问题,有针对性地提出了对口支援助力提升新建本科院校服务地方能力的对策建议,为国家实施对口支援西部高等学校的战略提供决策建议,为同类院校进一步开展对口支援工作提供有益借鉴。
