摘要
初步探索了变比例尺可视化在态势图显示领域的应用。基于弹性空间坐标变换原理实现了以变换原点为中心的"近大远小"的变比例尺可视化。设计了圆形与矩形两种不同放大区域,讨论了变比例尺区域划分以及不同比例尺区域目标的自适应可视化。仿真实验初步表明,变比例尺可视化能够满足指挥员既看清细节又了解事件发生的大区域信息的多层次信息需求。进一步研究包括变比例尺变换的变形分析以及态势图变比例尺变换对指挥员使用影响的分析等。
The appliance of variable scale visualization in situation map display field is initially explored. Variable scale visualization is realized base on EPS (Elastic presentation Space) theory to obtain the effect of ' magnifying near area and compressing far area' around transformation focus. Two typical different exaggeration regions, i.e. circular and the rectangular regions, are devised ; scale partitioning of variable scale area and the self adaptive visualization of objects according to scale are also discussed. The primary simulation experiment shows that variable scale visualization can satisfy user's multi-level information requirement, which is getting the detailed information around interest points and gaining general information in wide area. Distortion analysis in the variable scale visualization transformation process and impact analysis of variable scale visualization transformation on users' spatial cognition are included in future research.
