联用检测仪器与显色培养基对食品和水产品中沙门氏菌的检验 被引量:8

摘要 采用全自动荧光酶免疫分析仪(mini VIDAS)进行初筛,用沙门氏菌显色培养基进行复筛,再用全自动微生物鉴定仪(VITEK 2 Compact)进行阳性菌株的生化性状鉴定。经过30 h增菌之后,VIDAS可在45 min之内检测结果,阳性菌株经显色培养基分离与纯化后根据VITEK检测结果和血清学凝集试验的结果判定是否属于沙门氏菌。采用联用法与国标法对参考菌株、395种食品和水产品进行检测,结果完全一致。结果表明,联用法快捷、有效,能在最短60h内检测结果,适用于食品和水产品沙门氏菌的检测。 Automated fluorescence enzyme immunoassay analyzer (mini VIDAS) is used for screening, carried out with Salmonella ehromogenic medium resereening, then automated microbial identification system (VITEK 2 Compact) for biochemical traits identified positive strains. After 30 h enrichment, VIDAS results can be issued with- in 45 min, the positive strains isolated and purified determine whether Salmonella test results and the results of VITEK serological agglutination test by chromogenic medium. United usage and GB were used for testing reference strains and 395 kinds of food and aquatic products, and the results were completely identical. The result showed that united usage of efficient and effective, can provide test results within the shortest 60 h, suitable for the detection of Salmonella in food and seafood.
