摘要
桥梁施工中,梁板预制施工大多采用工厂化集中预制的方法进行施工,在梁板预制过程中,台座施工是梁板预制的关键工序,各项目的梁板数量、模板配置及工期要求等因素决定了梁板台座的设置数量,在施工中采用钢台座作为梁板预制的台座,代替传统的混凝土台座取得了较好的效果,同传统的混凝土台座相比,本施工方法对于减少原材料的浪费及对环境的保护具有十分重要的意义,还可节约施工成本,提高周转利用率,具备较高的投入产出比。
In bridge construction, precast beam plate construction generally adopts method of factory concentrated construction. In the process of precast beam plate construction, pedestal construction is the key procedure for the beam number plate and template configuration and required duration, etc factors of each item determined the amount of beam plate pedestal. Applying steel pedestal as precast beam plate pedestal to replace traditional concrete pedestal in construction has achieved good effect. Comparing with traditional concrete pedestal, this method has been of important significance to raw material waste reduction and environment protection. It can also save the construction cost, improve of turnover utilization rate and have higher input - output ratio.
