Adoption of Guide Beam Consolidation Measures Based on Security of TJL900 Bridge-erecting Crane

为了提高TJL900架桥机安全性,在吸取同类型架桥机出现事故教训的基础上,通过对架桥机的工作原理及工作过程中的受力进行分析,对架桥机的导梁固结进行了简单有效的改造,在正常的生产过程中提高了安全系数,保证了施工安全,提出并制定了TJL900型架桥机的导梁加固简易体系,为类似工程提供参考。

In order to improve safety of TJL900 bridge - erecting crane, based on the warning taken from accidents appeared on same type bridge -erecting crane, through analyzing the operating principle and the stress taken during process of the bridge - erecting crane, simple and effective transformation has been implement on guide beam consolidation of the bridge - erecting crane, which improved safety factor, ensured construction safety during normal production process. This paper proposed and planned simple system for guide beam consolidation of TJL900 bridge -erecting crane and provided reference for similar construction project.
