集料针片状含量对沥青混合料性能影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过配合比设计,对不同针片状集料颗粒掺量的沥青混合料的体积参数、高低温稳定性、水稳定性进行对比分析。结果表明:随着针片状颗粒含量的增加,沥青混合料路用性能逐渐变差;针片状含量从14%增加到22%时,动稳定度降低了18.85%,冻融劈裂强度比降低了2.25%;当针片状含量为18%左右时沥青混合料饱和度、孔隙率、密度及其路用性能等指标存在转折突变点,因此针片状含量不宜超过18%。 Through the design of mix proportion , asphalt mixture's volume parameter , high and low temperature stability, water stability of asphalt mixture with different content of flat and elongated particles have been analyzed. Results show that, with the increase of flat and elongated particles content, the performance of asphalt mixture road is gradually becoming poorer; when the content of flat and elongated particles increase from 14 % to 22%, dynamic stability decreases with 18.85 %, strength ratio of freeze - thaw split decreases with 2.25 %. As when the content of flat and elongated particles is about 18%, saturability, void content, density, pavement performance reaches turning mutation point, thus, the content shall not more than 18%.
