摘要
在构建服务型政府的大背景下,档案馆网站公关理念由"管制型"向"对话型"转变成为一种必然。本文通过对比分析中美两国国家档案馆网站公关主体的功能定位和对话意向、档案馆网站在公关中对社交媒介的运用和所提供链接的指向、档案馆网站公关客体的反应等三个方面,认为美国国家档案馆网站公关运用的是双向均衡范式,我国国家档案(局)馆网站公关运用的是单向支配范式。我国档案馆网站公关还处于档案馆公关发展的初级阶段,需要向双向均衡范式转变。
Under the background of building a service-oriented government , changing the public relations concept for the archives website from the“control”to“conversational”becomes a inevitable trend . By comparing and analyzing the three different aspects of the public relations work of the archives website between the national archives of China and the United States:the function orientation and conversation intention of the public relations subject , the application of the social media and the links of the archives website , the reactions of the public relations object , we think that the two-way balanced paradigm were used in the public relations work by the national archives website of the United States and the unidirectional dominant paradigm were used in the public relations work by the national archives website of the China . Because the public relations work of the archives website in our country is still in the primary stage ,the public relations paradigm of the archives website were needed to turn into a two-balance paradigm.
