A Study on the Connotation and Management for Trustworthy Electronic Records

文章回顾了国内外对可信电子文件的研究情况,并从电子文件的真实性、可靠性、完整性和可用性入手,界定了可信电子文件的概念,构建了国际标准ISO可信电子文件管理体系,并系统梳理了可信电子文件管理中的一些重要国际标准。

This paper reviews the research on trustworthy electronic records between China and overseas, and discusses the conception of trustworthy electronic records based on the authenticity, reliability, integrity and useability of electronic records. Finally, this paper builds a management system for trustworthy electronic records, and introduces some important international standards.
