都市型现代农业发展的创新路径和模式探讨——以北京国家现代农业科技城为例

Innovative Paths and Models for the Development of Beijing Urban Modern Agriculture by the Agricultural Science City

北京国家现代农业科技城与北京都市型现代农业建设有着互相支持、共同发展的关系。但是,这种关系并没有得到应有的认识和重视。本文立足于"首都意识",从实现北京"工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化"协同发展的角度,提出并分析了农科城促进北京都市型现代农业发展的创新路径和模式。

Beijing National Modern Agricultural Science and Technology City and Construction of Beijing Urban Modern Agriculture have a development-supported mutual relation. The latter not only provides a good material carrier and conditions for the former＇s operating, but also needs the former＇s technological leading and supporting. However, this relationship has not been given enough attention, which results in an unobvious promotion of function. Based on Beijing＇s actual situation, characteristics and the ＂Capital consciousness＂, this paper proposes and analyzes innovative paths and models of stimulating the development of Beijing Urban Modern Agriculture by the Agricultural Science City.
