摘要
教育承担着培养公民的使命,是国家法理论的重要课题之一。从国家教育的内容来看,存在着价值中立和非价值中立两种教育模式。在价值中立的模式下,国家并不奉行某种特定的世界观和价值观;在非价值中立的模式下,国家则明确奉行某种特定的世界观和价值观。我国宪法采纳非价值中立的教育模式。在此宪法框架下,高校教师在享有科研自由的同时,也负有开展社会主义教育的宪法义务。
Education, which is responsible for training citizens, is one of the major issues in the theory of statelaw. In terms of contents of national education, there are two models of education: value neutrality education andnon-value neutrality education. Under the former model, the state doesn' t pursue any specific world outlook or val-ues while under the latter, it follows clearly a particular world outlook or values. Since our constitution adopts themodel of non-value neutrality education, college teachers in our country both enjoy research freedom and carry outsocialist education as a constitutional duty.
