宫颈腺癌组织中组织蛋白酶D的表达及其临床意义

Expression and Clinical Significance of Cathepsin D in Cervical Adenocarcinoma Tissues

目的探讨组织蛋白酶D(Cath D)在宫颈腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学(EnVisionTM)法分别检测2008年3月—2012年2月就诊的70例宫颈腺癌组织及其癌旁组织中Cath D的表达,并运用Kaplan-Meier法分析Cath D的表达对患者预后的影响。结果 Cath D在宫颈腺癌组织中的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织(χ2=45.95,P<0.01);Cath D的表达与淋巴结转移、远处脏器转移、临床分期有关(P<0.05);Cath D蛋白阴性宫颈腺癌患者的生存率显著高于阳性患者(χ2=5.67,P<0.05)。结论 Cath D在宫颈腺癌组织中呈现过表达,其表达水平不仅预示着转移的可能,而且也提示患者预后不良。

Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of Cathepsin D （Cath D） in cervical ad-enocarcinoma tissues. Methods Cath D expression was respectively detected by immunohistochemisty （EnvisionTM ） in cervical adenocarcinoma tissues and peripheric tissues of 70 patients during March 2008 and February 2012, and the influ-ence of Cath D expression on prognosis was also analyzed with Kaplan-Meier method. Results The positive expression was rate of Cath D in cervical adenocarcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in peripheric tissues （χ2 =45. 95, P 〈0. 01）; the Cath D expression was related to lymph node metastasis, distant organ metastasis and clinical staging （P 〈0. 05）; the survival rate of negative Cath D patients with cervical adenocarcinom was significantly higher than that in posi-tive Cath D patients （χ2 =5. 67, P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Cath D has overexpression in cervical adenocarcinoma tissues, and the expression level not only forebodes the possible metastasis but also implies unfavourable prognosis.
