摘要
文化产业中的科技人员是实现文化与科技深度融合的最能动要素,其工作满意水平直接影响自身科技创新活动。基于工作满意度理论,通过深度访谈、小组座谈、问卷调查等多种社会调查方法,在386份有效问卷的基础上,利用描述性统计、因子分析、逐步多元线性回归、相关性分析等方法实证研究了天津市文化产业科技人员工作满意度水平、主要影响因素及其与创新、创业意愿之间的相关关系。结果表明,天津市文化产业科技人员工作满意度处于中等水平;主要影响因素为管理制度与个人实现、工作环境和人际关系;工作满意度对文化产业科技人员科技创新意愿、职业流动具有显著影响。
Scientific and Technical personnel plays a very positive role in deeply merging between culture and technology. And their job satisfaction will directly affect their innovative activities. Based on the theory of job satisfaction, deeply interview and questionnaire methods were adapted to collect data, and 386 effective questionnaires were got. By using descriptive statistic analysis, factor analysis, stepwise multiple linear regressions, correlation analysis and other methods, empirical research was carried on. The results show that the overall satisfaction of the scientific and technical personnel of the cultural industries in Tianjin is at the middle level, mainly affected by management system as welt as personal fulfilhnent, working environment and interpersonal relationships, etc. Job satisfaction affects the willingness to innovate positively, turn- over intention negatively.
