摘要
《中华人民共和国教师法》规定了教师的义务,而高校教师担负着更为神圣的使命,有着超出教师法范围的三项义务:作为特殊行业——教育的从业者,教师有保护好学生的救助义务;高校作为科研基地,教师有提高科研水平的职业义务;高校作为教育基地,教师有培养具有潜力学生的育人义务。高校教师履行义务正是为了保障学生权利特别是学生的"卓越发展"权得到充分实现,为国家培养出拔尖创新人才。
Teachers Law of the Peoples Republic of China stipulates teachers＇ duty. However, college teachers bear more divine missions beyond the Teachers Law. They are, education as a special profession which means college teachers have the obligation to protect students; college as a scientific research base which means college teachers have the obligation to improve scientific research standard; college as an education base which means college teachers have the obligation to foster potential students.
