中国高技术服务业的聚集特征与影响因素研究

Research of Agglomeration and Influencing Factors of Chinese High-tech Service Industry

对高技术服务业的概念、范围及文献进行梳理,从产业集聚方向、程度视角总结归纳高技术服务业的集聚特征。利用第二次全国经济普查资料,依据新经济地理学理论分析高技术产业集聚的影响因素。高技术服务业集聚强度高于传统服务业和制造业,其影响集聚的因素与制造业有所不同,市场规模、运输距离作用在弱化,而由研发投入强度与专业技术人员比重构成的区域创新能力和人力资本则是影响高技术服务业集聚的主要因素。从区域视角分析,东部与中西部地区在交通信息、人力资本、市场化进程上存在显著差异。据此,提出有针对性的政策建议。

The paper studies high-tech services by the second economic census data. Firstly, the article defines the conception, scope and document research of the high-tech service industry. Then it analyzes the agglomeration feature and the influence factors of China＇ s high-tech service industry based on the theory of new economic geography. Researches show that the majority of industry agglomeration characteristics significant and strong than agglomeration in manufacturing. Finally, it analyzes the factors to affect the high-teeh service industry cluster by empirical study. And it obtains that the gathering of regional innovation capability which is made up of R＆D intensity and the proportion of professional and technical personnel and industry human capital is the main factor. The influence factors of high-tech service industry agglomeration are significantly different with that of traditional service industry and manufacturing. From the angle of region, the East and Midwest regions have different development level in traffic information, human capital and marketization. Accordingly, targeted policy proposals are put forward based on the research conclusions.
