我国生态用地的研究进展与展望

Research on Ecological Land in China: Progress and Perspectives

从分析生态环境安全和生态用地保护的重要性入手,在生态用地的界定与分类、规模量化与空间布局、生态服务价值估算与生态补偿机制等方面分析了我国生态用地的研究进展,总结了相关研究的成果和存在的不足,并探讨了进一步开展我国生态用地研究的思路和方向。今后应重点加强5个方面的研究:1定性与定量结合的生态用地界定和分类方法;2"生态最优"和"最少保护"合力下的生态用地规模量化;3刚性与弹性框架下的生态用地分类保护制度;4基于栅格数据格式的生态服务价值估算和生态补偿机制;5不同尺度下生态用地的空间规划与地图综合。

Through analyzing the importance of ecological security and ecological land protection, the research progress of ecological land in China was analyzed through definition, classification, scale, spatial layout, the ecological service value and ecological compensation mechanism. The related research results and shortcomings were summarized, and then the further research ideas and directions about ecological land in our country were discussed. Future research may focus on the following five aspects： （1） the combination of qualitative and quantitative method of ecological land＇ s definition and classification ; （2） quantification under the join forces of the “ecological optimal” and “minimum protection” of the ecological land ; （3） rigid and elastic protection system under the framework of ecological land classification; （4） ecological service value estimation and ecological compensation mechanism based on raster data; （5） space planning and map＇ s synthesization under different map scales of ecological land.
