摘要
民办高校教育治理是我国高等教育治理体系中的一个重要组成部分。其主要难点是如何解决好民办高校所有权与经营管理权分离的问题。这种"两权分离"虽然有利于民办高校的法人治理,但同时也带来民办高校所有者与经营管理者因其追求利益目标的不一致的矛盾,影响民办高校良性发展。民办高校建立股权激励机制是解决矛盾的有效途径,可以采用民办高校股份奖励激励和股份期权激励两种模式,以完善民办高校激励制度。
Private colleges education governance is an important part in higher education management in our country's overall layout. To solve the problem of the separation of ownership and management right is difficult affairs. Even though the "separation of two rights" facilitates the corporate governance of private colleges, it can also bring the contradiction between the two different interest pursuing goals of owners and managers, which will affect private college's benign development in the future. We should to establish equity reward incentive model and security option incentive model in private colleges, to perfect the equity incentive mechanism of private colleges.
