摘要
从组织目标、个人垂范、优秀成员践行三个层面分析发现,毛泽东文艺思想大众化既是对五四以来启蒙精神的传承,更是对中国传统文化优质资源的"创造性转化",文艺要真正做到为大众服务,既要切合群体利益,也需要提升群体的认知力。
The paper aims to explore and analyse the way of realizing the popularization of Mao Zedongg ideology onliterature and art during the anti - Japanese war from the organizational behavior perspective. It holds that organiza-tional goals having the popularization character is the avigraph in the popularization of the ideology, individuals set-ting examples in popularization bearing is the weather vane and elitists practising popularization ideal is the source.Based on these views, the paper then summarizes the modem implications of the way of realizing the popularizationof Mao Zedongg ideology on literature and art.
