内部治理机构对农民专业合作组织绩效的影响探析——基于DEMATEL模型的实证分析

Study on Impact of Intenal Governance Mechanism to Farmers' Professional Cooperative Organization Performance——Based on an Empirical Analysis on DEMATEL Mode

农民专业组织的运营是一个复杂过程,农民专业合作组织的绩效受到规模、内部治理机构、外部环境等诸多因素影响。通过对湖南省永州市、益阳市、娄底市、邵阳市、株洲市的实地调查,根据农户对内部治理机构影响农民专业合作组织绩效的认知,采用DEMATEL方法,分析社员、理事会、经理、监事会等内部治理机构四大因素在农民专业合作组织运行绩效中所起作用。研究发现,目前社员是影响农民专业合作组织绩效的决定性因素。

Farmers＇professional organization operation is a complex process, among them, the farmers＇professional cooperative or ganization performance is impacted by size, internal governance mechanism and external environment and many other factors. This paper analyzes separately the impact of the fanners＇professional cooperative organization performance by in ternul governance mechanism of four factors： members, board of directors, managers, the hoard of supervisors, and based on the DEMATEL method, according to field investigation in Yongzhou, Shaoyang , Loudi, Yiyang , Zhuzhou , where are cities of hunan province, and analysised of peasant household of the four internal governance mechanism influences the performance of farmers＇professional cooperative organizations. The results show are currently affect the central issue of farmers＇pmfessional cooperative organization performance.
