Market System and Ecological Logic

现有文献集中于探讨市场经济体制与自然生态环境之间的关系,而忽略了市场制度的整体性功能。整体性的市场制度由市场经济体制、市场经济正式制度和非正式制度组成。正式制度体系是实现生态环境保护的必要条件,而非正式制度是正式制度得以有效实施的保障。二者能够约束市场经济体制运作中主体的行为并使之符合生态逻辑。整体性的市场制度与生态逻辑并行不悖。因此,从整体性出发重构市场制度成为迫切需要。

The existing literature focuses on the relationship between market economic system and the natural ecological environment, but ignores function of the market system as a whole. The integrity of the market system is composed of market economic system of market eeonorny, formal institution and informal institution. The formal system is the necessary condition for the protection of the ecological environment, while the informal system is to ensure the effeetive im- plementation of the formal system. The two can constrain the act of the subjects in the market e- conomic system and keep them in line with the ecological logic. The market system and ecological integrity run parallel. Therefore, it is imperative to reconstruct the market system from the view of overall consideration.
