摘要
在中小型风力发电机转子轴承的加工过程中,存在无法一次成型,且多次加工会造成累计误差大的问题。故传统的轴承加工方式,已经不能满足该产品高精度的要求。鉴于上述问题,拟开发一种专用加工设备,从最后的产品制造质量来看,轴承的加工精度较高,累计误差小,为今后同类型产品的加工提供了一个可供参考的思路。
In the process of bearings machining. If you use the method of traditional way, error would be greatly. So research the new method is certainly need. So the paper used a new system and do a test. As a result, the bearing has a high quality and improve the method for future.
