为了解决罗拉3M抛光工艺表面粗糙度差、不光滑、成本高、影响使用等问题,改进布轮抛光工艺,抛光后手感罗拉表面绵滑细腻、色泽光亮,并且成本降低很多;说明细纱机精品罗拉的表面质量需要科学合理的抛光工艺,布轮抛光工艺是目前可供选择的理想方案。

In order to find the solution to the problems such as poor roughness,poor smooth- ness,high cost,inconvenient application of the 3Ms polishing process, through modification of the cloth polishing wheel, the surface of the roller has a handle of soft and delicate smooth, bright color,and more,the cost drops a lot. It proves that the quality of the roller of the spinning frame demands proper polishing process,the cloth polishing wheel is an ideal solution to the problem.
