摘要 针对半自动接头转杯纺设备,以棉纤维流中短绒率为研究对象,通过单因子及正交试验研究分梳辊的规格、转速和分梳时间对纤维流中短绒率的影响。试验表明:三因素影响重要程度的排序为分梳辊规格、转速和分梳时间;纤维流短绒率会随分梳时间增加而逐渐增大,并最终趋于稳定,为接头质量的提高和成纱质量的分析提供了实践依据。 As to the rotor spinning frame with semi-splicing equipment, with short fiber rate as the study item, research is done to the impact on short fiber rate of the specifications, revolution,and cading of the carding roller through the single factor experiment and the orthogonal experiment. The short fiber rate increases as carding goes on and finally approaches into stability. The experiments can be used as information for analysis of splicing quality and spinning quality.
