Analysis is done to the material and the specialty of the product which probably resulting in difficult control of the cot for cotton color spinning. Description is done to the measures against poor spinnability and early aging of the cots in the aspects of the cot selection, cot man ufacture,and the assemblying. It is pointed out that it is necessary to do further research on the aspects of the cot selection, cot manufacture, and the assemblying, so as to avoid poor spinnabil ity and early aging of the cots.
