清梳联改造用梳棉机自调匀整控制器的研发与实践

摘要 针对当前棉纺企业用工紧张,设备升级转型,成卷流程改清梳联流程的需要,介绍了清梳联改造用JSH605型自调匀整控制器的软硬件配置、功能、使用性能以及报警和排除故障方法;实际应用表明:JSH605型自调匀整控制器在生条重量不匀控制方面性能卓越,确保清梳联改造在提高劳动生产率,减少用工,提高棉条品质方面性能优越,值得推广。 Considering the labor shortness, the equipment upgrading, and the changing the lap scutching process into blow-card process, introduction is made to the auto-leveling controller JSH605 on the modified blow-card combination regarding the configuration of the hardware and the software,the function and the performance plus the alarming system and troubleshooting. Practice proves that the auto-leveling controller JSH605 is excellent in controlling the mass irregularity of the carded sliver, thus assuring high labor productivity,reducing labor consumption and increasing the sliver quality.
