摘要
在细微进给、高精度加工数控机床伺服系统中,永磁直线同步电机运行时推力波动需要进行抑制及控制。针对该问题,目前虽然有很多的抑制方法,但均存在局限性。文章对永磁直线同步电机的推力波动成因进行了概述,同时介绍了抑制其推力波动的举措,并从电机设计角度及控制方式上进行了综合阐述。
In the numerical control machine servo system, the thrust ripple during the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM) operating needs to be restrained and controlled. There are a lot of restraining methods for this problem at present, but these methods have limitation. The causes of thrust ripple of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor were summarized, and methods to suppress the thrust ripple were comprehensively described from the terms of motor design and control.
