环形铁心型有限转角电动机的电枢反应分析

摘要 介绍了环形铁心型有限转角电动机的基本结构和工作原理,研究了环形铁心型有限转角电动机电枢反应对电机转矩波动的影响。结果表明,由于环形铁心型有限转角电动机工作原理的特殊性,电机的电枢反应使得其在工作转角范围内转矩随转子位置的变化而变化,即存在转矩波动,并进行了有限元电磁仿真和样机试验验证。 The general structure and the operating principle of annularcore limitedangle motor were introduced. The presence of torque ripple caused by armature reaction was explored. The analysis illustrates that, due to the unusual operating principle of the motor,the armature reaction can distort the output at different rotor positions of a certain range to produce torque ripple. A prototype was manufactured and tested to validate the analytical results, as well as the finite element analysis results.
