摘要
利用仿真软件建立电驱动模型,分析了PMSM控制器逆变电路的能量损耗组成。在不同的工况下,通过仿真实验得到了逆变电路的各个电路部件的相应能量损耗。在考虑主要能耗部件IGBT的损耗功率的同时,将电容损耗以及二极管损耗也纳入计算范围,进而计算得到永磁同步电动机控制器逆变电路在各个电机各个工作点的效率分布,并分析发现了其损耗分布规律。
The components of the dissipation in the convertor circuit were analyzed. By building up the simulation model of electrical drive system through using simulation software, the working statuses of each working condition point were recorded. The dissipation of IGBT was calculated as well as that of the capacitor and the bypass diode. The efficiency of the invertor module at each working condition was calculated and its distribution law was analyzed.
