摘要
介绍了一种用于齿轮的脂类润滑油加油装置,以克服人工对齿轮逐个加油操作繁琐耗时、刷油不均的缺点。详细介绍了这种装置的结构和工作原理,并使用该装置进行了实际的加油测试。测试结果表明,使用该装置对齿轮进行脂类加油操作,可以明显节约时间,提高效率,并且加油均匀。
A gear lubricating device was proposed which can overcome the shortcomings of complex operation and uneven lubrication of manual gear lubricating. The structure and operating principle of this device were introduced and the lubricating tests were made. The test results show that gear lubricating using this device can save time, increase efficiency and make grease welldistributed.
