摘要
烟苗移栽是烟草种植过程中的一个重要环节,烟苗的倾斜度对烟草生长及后期产品的品质有很大的影响。为了解决这一问题,利用电容传感器设计了一个平衡仪,平衡仪将移栽现场的倾斜度通过LED以图形的形式显示出来,并对移栽机提出报警等提示信息,通过实验可以得出烟苗的倒苗率小于3%,符合农艺要求。因此使用该系统不但可以提高移栽的稳定性,而且也提高了烟苗前期的育苗质量。
Transplanting is an important process of tobacco production. The quality of tobacco growth in later stages and later products are mainly based on the inclinations during planting. A balaneer was designed based on capacitive sensor to solve the problem. The balancer transfers the inclinations in the transplanting scene to LED display and transfer notice information's to the transplanted. The test proved that flattened seedling rate is less than 3% within the scale of agronomic requirements. It devices to not only enhances the stability of transplanting, but also enhances the early seeding quality.
