木薯杆力学特性沿茎杆分布规律的研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着能源危机的日趋严重,木薯越来越受到重视,木薯茎杆的收割回收利用具有重要的社会经济价值。利用材料试验机对不同部位的木薯茎杆进行了弯曲、压缩和剪切试验,并对其力学性能沿茎杆方向上的分布规律进行了研究。结果表明除横向压缩外,木薯茎杆在弯曲、纵向压缩以及剪切过程中所需的最大破坏力均与茎杆直径呈线性相关,沿木薯茎杆的根部到顶部,最大破坏力逐渐减小;纵向剪切的最大破坏力的极大值只有横向剪切的12.4%,在进行木薯茎杆粉碎时,可考虑先将木薯茎杆尽可能的沿纵向剪切,然后粉碎。 There's significant socio-economic value in cassava stalk reaping and reclamation due to the seriously increasing energy crisis. Material testing machine was used to carry out bending, compression and shearing experiments at different parts of the cassava stalk, and its mechanical property distribution along the direction of stalk was studied. In addition to the lateral compression, maximal collapsing foree of eassava stalk during the process of bending, longitudinal compression and shearing has a siguifieant linear correlation with the rod diameter. From the base to the top, the maximum destructive values decrease gradually; the largest longitudinal shear maximal collapsing force is only 12.4% of the lateral shear, so it can be considered to shatter the stalk along the longitudinal shear as much as possible before making the cassava stalk into pieces.
