摘要 分别以提高离心泵的效率、轴功率有极值和以叶轮入口的优化为目标建立优化模型。考虑到泵的各性能参数以及叶轮水力参数之间相互影响相互制约的关系,根据实际需求挑选出三个模型的最佳调和解,以期建立最佳数学模型。运用MATLAB遗传算法对模型各参数进行优化并得到最优解。并且运用FLUENT软件模拟叶轮流场并且预估计离心泵的性能,验证了在MATLAB环境下可以有效地解决用遗传算法求解函数的优化问题,为小流量冲压焊接离心泵叶片的选择提供了方法和依据。 In order to improve the efficiency of the centrifugal pump, reduce the maximum shaft power, and optimize the impeller inlet, the optimization model was established. Considering the impeller's performance parameters and pump hydraulic parameters influence each other. The best tone of reconciliation was picked out based on the actual needs. Using MATLAB genetic algorithm the model was optimized and optimal solution was obtained, and the FLUENT software was used to simulate and estimate the performance of centrifugal pump. In MATLAB environment, function optimization problems can be effectively solved by using genetic algorithm. It provides suitable reference method and evidence for the selection of small flow stamping welding blades.
