摘要
卷盘式喷灌机是实现土地喷灌的农用机械。利用卷盘式喷灌机对农作物进行喷灌,可喷洒均匀,大大提高水资源的利用率,是解决农业用水浪费的有效途径。然而目前国内生产和使用的卷盘式喷灌机,其支腿、地锚和转盘的动作的动力均来自于人力,给操作带来了一定的困难。本文设计了一套液压系统以完成卷盘式喷灌机在以上三方面的动作,大大节约了人力,实现了机械化操作,给卷盘式喷灌机的发展注入新的活力。
It is an agricultural machine used in land irrigation. With this kind of machine, crops can be sprayed evenly and the utilization rate of water resources can be greatly improved. It is an effective way to solve the problem of agricultural water consumption. However, the outrigger, the anchor block and the rotary table of the hose-reeling irrigation system are all operated by manpower difficultly in recent China. In view of this situation, a set of hydraulic driving system was designed to replace manpower and to realize the mechanization operation. This development injects new vitality into the development of hose-reeling irrigation machines.
