摘要
叶片作为风机的主要工作部件,在风沙环境作用下风力发电机叶片涂层冲蚀容易出现各种磨损缺陷甚至出现裂纹,影响风机正常运行,以致造成故障。本文主要研究挟风沙作用下风力发电机叶片涂层冲蚀过程及腐蚀评价方法的建立,并设计XS40型实验平台。该实验平台能够满足不同冲蚀参数的实验条件,且接近于风机野外工作状况。能够提供较为精确的实验数据,为风机叶片涂层设计提供理论依据。
In the wind, the action of wind turbine blade coating erosion prone to various wear or crack, Leaf as the main component of the fan affects the normal operation of wind turbines, even results in fault. Studied the wind turbine blade coating process of erosion and evaluation method of corrosion, and designed a model for the XS40 experiment platform. This platform can meet the experimental conditions of different erosion parameters, and close to the fan field working condition. It provides more accurate experimental data and a theoretical basis for the design of fan blade coating.
