摘要
从政府扶持农民合作经济组织发展的理论逻辑入手,探讨了政府牵头农民合作经济组织建立的必要条件,一是尊重农民在生产经营中的需求;二是该生产要素的供给具有正外部效应。最后从内外两方面分析政策推动农民合作经济组织发展的作用机制。
Beginning with the theoretical logics of government supporting development, the necessary conditions of government-led was discussed, namely respecting farmer＇s needs in production and management, and the supply of production factors has positive external effects. Finally, the mechanisms of the development of promoted by policies were analyzed both internally and externally.
