农民大学生培养路径及实施效果分析——以河北农业大学为例

Path and implementation effect analysis on cultivating peasant college students——Take Agricultural University of Hebei for example

农民是农村的主体,培养造就"懂技术、会经营、会管理"的农民是新农村建设的重要条件和基础。本文对农民大学生的三种培养路径进行实证研究与分析,并通过对部分已毕业的农民大学生代表进行调查,从而得出培养效果和对新农村建设的作用。

Peasant is main body in rural areas, cultivating ＂ understand technology, know business and management＂ farmers is an important condition and basis for the construction of new countryside. Three kinds of culture path of peasant college students were conducted, and through the investigation on behalf of farmers on part of the graduated students, the training effect and the effect on the construction of new countryside were concluded.
