摘要
目的:探讨底线管理在护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法:选择某院2011年6月—2012年6月护理质量管理考核成绩及住院、出院满意率作为对照组,选取2012年7月—2013年7月实施底线管理后护理质量管理考核成绩及住院、出院满意率作为观察组,对底线管理前后护理质量管理考核成绩、患者满意率进行比较。结果 :实施底线管理后,护理安全管理、消毒隔离管理、抢救物品管理均有所改善。患者满意率显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:底线管理有助于强化护理安全意识,提高护理质量水平,提高患者满意率。
Objective: To investigate the effect of the bottom line management in quality management of nursing. Methods: The nursing quality management scores and hospitalization, discharge satisfaction rate during June of 2011 to June of 2012 were conducted on subjects of control group. The results and satisfaction rate during July of 2012 to July of 2013 were conducted on subjects of observation group. Scores of quality management and the satisfaction rate between two groups were compared. Results: After the implementation of bottom line management, the levels of safety management, disinfection and isolation management, together with rescue items management were improved. The hospitalization and discharge satisfaction were significantly improved (P〈0.05 ). Conclusion: The bottom line management helps to strengthen nursing safety awareness and improve quality of care and natients satisfaction rate.
