总结分析传统岗前培训方式经验,结合当前医疗工作背景情况,探索一套可行、有效、与时俱进的医院新职工岗前培训,旨在使新职工能及时适应新的工作环境,并能切实提高医院人才的综合素质。
Experience of traditional pre-job training was conduded and analyzed to help new employees to adapt to new work environment and enhance their comprehensive ability,the department of human resources in hospital needs to explore a set of practical and effective methods for new employees training in current situation.
