广东莫家拳历史渊源考析

Study on Guangdong Mo gar's Historic Origins

广东武术历史悠久,拳派繁多,但众多南派拳在历史源流问题上仍是各抒己见,没有一个相对统一的观点。作为广东五大拳术之一的莫家拳,有史料记载以来,其传承至今已有二百余年历史,与其传承的悠久格格不入的是,该拳种的发展及其起源问题上亦是停留在相传、据传的层面上。对莫家拳历史渊源的考析可以从它的起源的时间、历史人物、使用的器械等方面进行论证说明。进而得出:莫拳的产生与明时期的抗倭英雄戚继光有很大关系;莫家拳在其发展的过程中只是利用了众说纷纭的"南少林"这一主题,而与"南少林"并无直接联系;莫家拳在创拳初期及其流传过程中显然受"天地会"影响深刻。

Guangdong martial arts have a long history and include many kinds of Wushu practice, but there are not any unified point of view concerning the historical origin of south Wushus. Mo gar, one of the famous traditional martial arts has more than two hundred years of history, but it has been staying in legend, he-and-she- say level. This paper is intended to explore Mo gar＇s origin, related historic people and tools used. It shows that its creation is closely related to the anti-Japanese hero Qi Jiguang, and it has nothing to do with ＂south shao lin＂ although ＂south shao lin＂ was used in its spreading process, while it was profoundly influenced by Heaven and Earth Society in its early age and later spread.
