摘要 为了获得发动机盖板最佳的工艺参数和模具结构,传统的方法是通过人工设计、人工修模和调模等形式进行现场试验,获取最佳的结构和技术参数。但当今车型变化之快、汽车造价不断降低以及高强度钢板的应用,传统的方法已经不适宜现代制造业的需要,本文则通过仿真软件PAM-STAMP2G对汽车发动机盖板加强板进行拉延成形工艺的有限元分析。通过仿真对模面工艺补充的结构进行优化,采用合理的工艺补充结构针对不同的压边力进行模拟分析,获得较为合理的压边力,并在该压边力下优化拉延筋的工艺参数,提高了模面设计及工艺参数确定的准确性,从而为缩短模具设计、制造和应用的时间,为降低生产成本,提高效率提供了有利的理论依据。 In order to get the best process parameters and mold structure of engine cover, the traditional way was to make field test through the artificial design, mold repair, mold adjustment and so on. However, with the rapid changing of current car model, decreasing of car production cost, and the application of high strength steel plate, the traditional method was not suitable for the need of modern manufacturing industry. In this paper, the finite element analysis on the forming technology of reinforcement plate of auto- mobile engine cover was made through the simulation software of PAM-STAMP2G. Through the simulation analysis with reasonable technology complement structure for different blank-holder force, the reasonable blank holder force and under the blank-holder force were obtained, which optimized the process parameters, and improve the accuracy of mold design and process parameters. Based on the simulation analysis of the automobile engine cover plate forming, the time of mold design, manufacturing and application was shorten, which has provided a favorable theoretical basis for reducing the production cost and improving the efficiency.
