摘要
由于受煤层厚度及输送机运输能力限制,不稳定薄煤层综采工作面不能选用大功率运输设备,开采难度大。平禹六矿五2-22080工作面在应用原有综采设备的基础上,通过分部回采,布置2套输送机、采煤机、乳化液泵站来解决1套设备不能满足生产能力需求的问题。为回收上、下采面剩余边角煤柱,采用了分部、顺拉工作面回采方式,通风系统采取E型"两进一回"通风方式。减少了掘进工程量,提高了资源采出率,达到了安全高效生产的要求。
Because of the limit of coal seam thickness and the poor transportation ability,powerful transport equipment can not be used on fully-mechanized working face, it is difficult for mining. Based on using former fully-mechanized equipment, the methods of division mining, two sets of transport aircraft, shearer, emulsion pump were arranged to solve problem of a set of equipment can not meet the production capacity on V 2-22080 working face in Pingyu No. 6 Coal Mine. To get the corner coal, technology of division mining and pull mining face along the way were used,two intake airways and single return airway ventilation with “ E” type were applied into practice. The application of these technologies reduced the amount of driving works, improved resource recovery ratio, and achieved safe and efficient production requirements.
