摘要 CH4矿井火灾事故处理一直是最危险、最难决策的问题。在对CH4爆炸的机理、条件、影响因素,火区影响通风因素、气体成分进行探讨的基础上,对惰性气体(N2、CO2)灭火抑爆性能进行了对比分析,得出结论:当火区注入N2浓度达36%、CO2浓度达23%时,火区就失去爆炸危险性;向灾区注入惰性气体惰化灾区,不但能起到抑燃灭火作用,更重要能抑制灾区爆炸事故的发生,防止事故扩大。 CH4 mine fire accident treatment is the most dangerous and most difficult problem to decide. Based on analysing the mechanism,conditions and influencing factors of the CH4 explosion,the gas composition and the factors influencing ventilation in fire area, through comparing the fire explosion suppression performances of the inert gas ( N2 and CO2 ), a conclusion can be reached that, the concentration of N2 in fire zone has reached 36% ,the concentration of CO2 in fire zone has reached 23% ,the explosion danger can be reduced. By pouring inert gas into fire area,it not only can suppress combustion,but also can avoid the risk of explosion in fire zone, prevent the expansion of accident.
